Joshua Davis

Joshua Davis serves as President of The Will Group, Inc., a shared services company supporting several separate and distinct, family-owned entities in the lighting, Utility, Construction, and Energy-related industries, all operating under the common philosophy, “Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way.”

 

While serving as President, Joshua also leads all company finances, the Professional Services and Manufacturing division, and founded the Engineering Services division. He is passionate about service and being solution-oriented for strategic partners.

 

Mr. Davis was a student-athlete who studied finance at The University of Tennessee and holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He is a licensed private pilot who enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He also serves on the board of Tuskegee Next and Chairs the Capital Development committee for the DuPage Airport Authority. 

 

As a second-generation leader in a family business, he hopes to honor his family like his father has honored his grandfather, Will, while promoting their core values of integrity, pride, hard work, and creating job opportunities.
